The company Valant d.o.o. produces rotor knives (shredder crowns) for shredding of waste material like plastics, wood, rubber waste and other raw materials meant for recycling.

Depending on recycling material, we determine also the quality of input material. Most frequently we use W.Nr. 1.2379 which covers the widest range of recycled materials. Upon customer’s request and on the basis of information about recycled materials, we advise the choice of input material and hardness of products. Lately, special modified and upgraded types of materials have developed which improve the quality of shredding, and prolong tool life. Our company provides optimal quality and the maximum durability of tools which increases cost efficiency of machines. We also offer shredder crowns from TK materials and powder metallurgical materials.
